How do I report an incident?
Cellphone is lost or stolen
You must contact the Customer Care on 084 140 from your landline or 140, free from a Cell C cellphone, to obtain an ITC number. Only once the ITC number is obtained can you report the matter to the police for a case number. The case number is only used for C-Cover incidents or to blacklist your cellphone.
For further details, please refer to the Terms and Conditions under clause G.
